Regional and organic! In the farm shop of the Rudorfer family in Altirdning you will find the finest homemade dairy products. From pasteurized milk, natural and fruit yoghurt, butter, fruit whey, curd cheese, buttermilk to ice cream, you can buy these organic products there in self-service. You can also get organic eggs and pasta from the Gruberhof in Aigen.
Martina and Walter Rudorfer's organic farm has been established as a direct marketing business since 2019. The well-being of the animals and the passion to produce their own products convinced them to become self-employed and to live from their own production. With 25 Fleckvieh dairy cows, 1500 litres of organic milk can be raised per month to produce high-quality dairy products. Their products range from normal drinking milk, yoghurts, curd cheese, butter, cream ice, buttermilk and fruit whey, which can be bought in the farm shop. Among them are also organic eggs and pasta from neighbouring producers. All the products they make are filled in reusable glass, even the product labels are reusable. Martina and Walter see themselves as responsible for the environment and society, which is why they use gentle processing and organic farming.
