We are very lucky to live in a country with an intact nature and with fantastic people.
Farmers who put their heart and soul into their farming and people who produce products that are second to none. Honesty and closeness to nature are the top priority of many producers and growers.
We at the Hotel Kollerhof have made it our philosophy to support these people and place great value on regionality and small family businesses. We will slowly, but with great enthusiasm, change our offer to "Austrian". In this way, we can make a small contribution to keeping things the way they are and to ensuring that we can still live in a beautiful, fantastic country in the future.
We want to deeply root the idea of "local spirit" in ourselves. And we are always looking for small family businesses.
You are welcome to help us, and if you know someone, to point out one or the other business to us. In this way we will manage to become - in the near future - a real Austrian hotel with real food.
Of course we know that there are some products that we have to buy from outside. Here we also make sure that, as far as possible, we can fall back on small family businesses.
Quality is important to us, and so is your well-being during your well-deserved summer and winter holidays!
Austrian cuisine is close to our hearts. Crisp salad variations, vegetarian dishes, fresh fish, game dishes from local forests or real Ennstal home cooking... At Hotel Kollerhof, eating should be a pleasure!
All dishes are therefore prepared fresh, with the best ingredients and a lot of creativity. Without flavour enhancers and additives.
