Alpine Cuisine enters its fourth season
Alpine Cuisine by Richard Rauch has long since established itself as an absolute “must” for Schladming-Dachstein visitors with a taste for all things gourmet. This coming winter, this popular project enters its fourth season, once again bringing first-class gourmet-quality cuisine to the region’s huts. The driving force behind this successful culinary project is star TV cook and toque-awarded chef Richard Rauch. Together with the cooks at the individual huts, he has once again conjured up an extraordinary selection of dishes. What makes the experience particularly extraordinary: Each participating hut serves its own unique dish made from regional ingredients – in many cases, products from the very same hut where the dish is presented.

That said, your ideal culinary winter escape in Schladming-Dachstein may well look like this: Take part in all kinds of winter activities, visit a different participating hut every day and order their gourmet Alpine Cuisine dish. In total, 14 huts next to the pistes, cross-country trails and winter hiking paths in the Schladming-Dachstein Region are involved.
