Developing contemporary design based on Alpine tradition was the vision of architect Hans Posch. In 2015 the vision was put into action and in the centre of Schladming the new apartment-house “Home - The Chalet in the Alps” was built. Pieces from different continents, eras, design styles and subcultures coin the apartments, make the room ring and sound in harmony with the people, who live in it. What’s unique: here you live hip and traditional at the same time. We offer one apartment for 4-6 persons on 57m² living space. Equipped with a spacious eat-in kitchen, Loggia, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, the apartment offers everything what a vacationer-heart desire.
TOP 2 offers over 100m² of space for 6-8 people. Equipped with a large eat-in kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms en-suite a nice terrace with garden complete the offer.

Check-In starts at 4 pm Check-Out till 10 am Early Check-In and Late-Check out on request Way-description: Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming; Take the exit Schladming Middle and follow the street until the crossing - turn right direction centre Schladming and follow the Ramsauerstraße until the first roundabout. There you take the 3rd exit (turn left) into the centre - Erzherzog Johann Street. Follow the Erzherzog Johann Street until you can see on the right side an exit into the Tutterstraße - turn right. At the end of the street again right and after 10 meters left and then again right. At the corner you can see now the Stefflbäck - turn now left. In front of the white church turn again left. After 30 meters you can see now the Chalet Home in front of you.
