Welcome to the Sublehnerhof in sunny Ramsau am Dachstein, in the holidayregion Schladming-Dachstein.
The Sublehnerhof is located at the foot of the Hoher Dachstein in theSchildlehen district, directly at the beginning of the Dachsteinstraße andright next to the bus stop.
The self-catering building offers space for up to 10 people and is theideal starting point for nature lovers and adventurers.
In winter, you can access the wide network of cross-country ski trailsand winter hiking trails right by the house. The ski region Ramsau amDachstein, the Dachstein glacier and the Schladminger 4 Berge Skischaukel is inthe immediate vicinity. Also in summer the Sublehnerhof impresses with itscentral location, numerous hiking and biking tours, climbing excursions andpleasure walks in the nature and the surrounding alpine huts guarantee anunforgettable holiday time in the mountains.
The rustic farm from the 17th century. Century invites you to a cosyget-together. The rooms and the spacious lounge are still (almost) in theiroriginal state. The kitchen was completely equipped with a large kitchenetteand new appliances. The stove is still heated with wood and promises aproverbial real farmhouse feeling, while in the new dining area (canaccommodate 10 people) you can end the day together and sociably.
The kitchen and dining area as well as the guest room are located on theground floor. The spacious double and triple rooms on the 1. The first flooroffers a lot of space and storage, WC and shared shower are also available.Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

The Sublehnerhof is led as a self-supporting house and offers place for 10 people. In the kitchen one can select it to himself whether one cooks with the E-cooker or with the old cooke which is heated with wood. The big table invites to a comfortable "come together. 4 bedrooms (two double rooms and one 4 bedroom) are on the first floor and are equipped with assembly-line water. There is floor shower and floor toilet.
