Apartment Walser

The Apartment Walser is located on the outskirts of Aich in the region Schladming-Dachstein. It is a sunny and quiet location in a newly built housing estate, which was opened in December 2015 .

Here you can expect a generous apartement for 2-7 persons in a superior standard level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a covered glass sun terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a carport for your car.
Our apartment is comfortable and modern. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second has a queen size bed plus a twinsize loft bed. It fits kids and adults beginning from the age of 6 years. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. One bathroom has a shower, a double sink, toilet and a washing machine. The second bathroom is also equipped with a double sink, a toilet and a bathtub.

The large kitchen is equipped with modern and all accessories that you need for a holiday. The living room invites you to relax on the large couch, which serves as a sleeping place for another 2 persons.

Nearby you can experience the local gastronomy, the lake of Aich is easily reached by foot. A big supermarket is not far away.

Winter season:
In the basement you will find a heated and locable cupboard for your ski/snowboard boots and place for your ski/snowboard eqipment.
Your vacation in apartment Walser allows you to meet many winter sports in the Schladming-Dachstein Region. The free ski bus stops 100 meters in front of the house, you can also drive in just 5 minutes to the first of the 4-mountain ski area, the Hauser Kaibling with parking warranty. Schladming and the Planai are only 10 minutes away by car. With enough snow you find the trail entrance in 2 minutes, Ramsau am Dachstein with the Nordic Eldorado, 220 km cross-country skiing is just 15 minutes away by car. Sleigh rides and winter hiking trails are available right in town.

Summer season:
Our summer guests can enjoy the time on our cozy, roofed sun terrace. Fun and variety on the other hand will find our holiday guests at the lake in Aich. The Freizeitseeanlage with 9 m high climbing tower, playground and much more are within walking distance in just 5 minutes.
The bike path R7, mountain bike trails and hiking and Nordic walking trails are accessible just around the corner.
