The apartment was extensively renovated a few years ago and presents itself today as modern, well-maintained, and lovingly designed with great attention to detail. As a cozy family apartment, it offers everything you need for a relaxed vacation: a comfortable bedroom, an inviting dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet (barrier-free).

A special advantage for winter sports enthusiasts: The free ski bus shuttle to the ski areas Planneralm and Riesneralm is just a one-minute walk away.

Even in summer, Irdning is the perfect starting point for active recreation in nature. The Schladming-Dachstein vacation region is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Austria, boasting over 1,500 km of marked hiking trails for every level – from leisurely walks to challenging mountain tours. Discover impressive mountain landscapes, over 300 crystal-clear mountain lakes, idyllic pastures, as well as spectacular waterfalls and gorges. Whether family hikes, themed trails, or multi-day high routes like the Schladminger Tauern High Trail – everyone will find their personal favorite tour here. Numerous huts invite you to enjoy a delightful break along the way.

The market town of Irdning-Donnersbachtal, including the villages of Donnersbach, Donnersbachwald, and Irdning, offers the ideal conditions for a vacation in the Ennstal with the two ski areas Planneralm and Riesneralm in winter, as well as a large hiking and recreational offer in summer. Traditions are still lived and experienced here - Easter markets, Christmas markets, or Krampus plays are just a few examples.

For cycling enthusiasts, the kilometer-long Enns Cycle Path, which runs through the community of Irdning-Donnersbachtal, will leave unforgettable impressions of nature.
