The Schladming Tauern cable car was the first cable car in the Schladming-Dachstein region and went into operation in 1947. Today's Tauern cable car has a transport capacity of 80 people per hour.
The cable car takes you directly from the village up to 1.825 metres above sea level. Change at the middle station and continue to the transmitter plateau.
