The Heart of Food brings together all culinary levels of the country and provides a stage for the most relevant organizations (wine, agriculture, products). The highlight is the handover of the MICHELIN plaques by MICHELIN partner METRO Austria to the newcomers and those who have risen in the rankings from the Guide MICHELIN Selection 2026 during the evening on March 23.
