Feel-good enjoyment for everyone!
Cabbage, potatoes, kale, celery, carrots - supplemented by special varieties such as pak choi or Jerusalem artichokes. In our course, we prepare a winter menu that also includes sophisticated vegetable desserts.
You will be given simple but creative recipes. Once again, we are planning a starter or soup, two to three main courses and a dessert.
