Botanical hikes

Information about the hike:

On the botanical hike, we explore the diverse alpine flora: we get to know many plant species and learn about their way of life, their adaptations to extreme living conditions in the mountains and the different types of soil.

05.07.2024: On the first day, we will hike to the south-western end of the Augst ridge and explore the flora over limestone. We carpool to the Loser-Alm via the Loser-Panoramastraße toll road. The hike leads past the Augstsee lake to the Bräuningzinken and back over the Loser. On the way back you can stop off at the Loserhütte.

Another hike takes place on 06.07.2024. On this day, we will get to know plants that are characteristic of siliceous rocks on the way to the Goldbachalm and -scharte.

For one hike: EUR 15,- / for members: EUR 12,-
For both hikes: EUR 25,- / for members: EUR 20,-
