Snow shoe hike to the Sölkpass

In the forested area, special consideration must be given to the game. Wildlife rest areas are marked on the maps of the various tours. Please try to follow the rules and stay fair to the animals and plants!
Starting from St. Nikolai, hike along the road to the Hansenalm and continue to the mountain rescue hut. From here you hike right through the sparse high forest in the direction of Kaltenbachalm. Now continue straight up to the Sölkpass and the Sölkpass chapel. Return along the same path.
- Snowshoes and poles with large snow plates. Also ankle-high, warm shoes, warm clothing, gloves and hat and possibly gaiters.
- Avalanche transceiver (LVS), shovel and probe
- Backpack with small rations and a warm drink in a thermos flask.
