Alpine school Climbing Garden

The climbing garden (also Edelgries climbing garden) is located at the exit of the Edelgrießkares embedded between Türlspitz and Gamsfeldspitz. Its sloping slabs are characteristic of it and offer primarily friction climbing and wall climbing.

The climbing garden was renovated in 2001 and is well secured.

It offers difficulties from the 5th to the upper 7th degree.

Approach: From the Hotel Türlwandhütte on the marked path east towards Edelgrießkar. The slab steps at the end of the Edelgrießkares are the climbing garden. Approx. 50 minutes and 250 meters in altitude. For more information about access and location, see overview pdf below.

Equipment: 50 m, preferably 60 m single rope, 10 to 12 quickdraws, helmet and slings are advantageous
