To the Gamsjäger – authentic Styrian hospitality in the Sölktäler Nature Park

Arrive, breathe deeply, and experience the mountains consciously: The traditional inn "To the Gamsjäger" is located in the midst of the idyllic mountain village of St. Nikolai, at the foot of the Sölk Pass, surrounded by the pristine landscape of the Sölktäler Nature Park. Here, you will not experience an anonymous hotel stay, but a place with character, a warm atmosphere, and true Styrian hospitality.

With a total of 15 cozy single, double, triple, and four-bed rooms as well as a holiday apartment, the house offers suitable accommodation for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups. The rooms feature a private bathroom, comfortable beds, a television, and free Wi-Fi. A hearty breakfast is already included with all room bookings. Guests of the holiday apartment enjoy more independence and can add breakfast upon request.

A special delight awaits you directly on the ground floor: In the down-to-earth restaurant, hearty local cuisine and Styrian specialties are served. After a day filled with adventures in the mountains, you can relax here in a cozy inn atmosphere and unwind at the end of the evening. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays due to its day of rest.

The location in the Sölktäler Nature Park makes the "Gamsjäger" a wonderful starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and serene nature experiences. In winter, the snowy mountain world invites you to ski tours, winter hikes, and quiet days away from the hustle and bustle. A ski cellar is available in the house, and free parking is located on-site.

Dogs are also warmly welcome, so there is nothing preventing you from enjoying vacation days with your four-legged companion. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
