From 6 to 8 December 2024, three international superstars will be coming to Schladming for the Ski Opening this year - Bryan Adams, Sting and Simply Red will once again really heat things up at the foot of the Planai and deliver three brilliant concert shows.
The Schladming-Dachstein tourism region with the Schladming 4-mountain ski area (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm) and international concert organiser Klaus Leutgeb are once again creating a sensation and probably the most legendary ski opening in the Austrian mountains. Uniquely in history, three international superstars will open the winter over three days this year. Three brilliant concert shows will be played on 6, 7 and 8 December 2024.
The support acts have also been confirmed: Chris Steger and Anna-Sophie will perform on Friday, Anna-Sophie and Alexander Eder on Saturday, and Alexander Eder will take over the warm-up programme on Sunday.

The Schladming-Dachstein Tourist Board is offering packages for the ski opening. The packages can be booked from 24.06.2024 at www.schladming-dachstein.at/skiopening.
The Ski Opening Package includes the following services:
- 2 nights in one of our partner accommodations
- 2-day Ski amadé ski pass for 07 and 08 December 2024
- 3-day The Grand Festival Pass
Concert tickets are available via ÖTicket and Ticketmaster.

The opening hours of the Hohenhaus Tenne in the week of the Ski Opening are as follows:
- Friday, 06 December, 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 07 December, 5 p.m.
- Sunday, 08 December, 3 p.m.
